The role
The Communication Coordinator Retail BNLF plays a pivotal role in achieving the Retail ambitions especially in the area of treating customers as guests and helping our site staff to be at their best. The goal is to support the Retailers & Dealers in their efforts and to create teams with happy and motivated staff that deliver an excellent customer experience.

In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Responsible for all retail site staff communication within Retail BNLF
  • Responsible for all internal communication to retail sites, via the intranet Shell Markethub, printed magazine Bijtanken/Faire le Plein / La Route and the online Welcome to Shell magazine
  • Responsible for the content management & animation of the “Employee Engagement App” aiming at informing & engaging site staff with regards to the Shell brand and the recruitment website
  • Coordination and gate keeping for all site related campaigns and focus areas
  • Responsible for development, coordination and evaluation of people communication campaigns. In cooperation with all retail departments and external agencies

Skills & Requirements :
To be successful in this position you will need relevant experience as a communications professional within the Dutch market with specifically experience with project delivery, stakeholder engagement and managing several communication channels. We believe experience in a retail environment, with affinity for customer experience, will help you but it is not necessary. You will need strong interpersonal communication skills. You are fluent in Dutch on a professional level but also your English communication skills are sufficient for a professional environment.
